What data we collect
Only the data you send us, through the contact form or by email: name, role, property, location, email, phone, website and anything you choose to add to your message.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a director’s note and a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not pass it on to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together: in that case the legal retention periods for accounting records apply.
Who processes it on our behalf
The provider that hosts the site and receives form messages (Netlify, Inc.) and our email provider (Aruba S.p.A.). Some of these services may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the Regulation (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Cookies and external services
The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. The showreel is hosted on Vimeo and only loads when you press Play, with tracking turned off.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Just write to info@solarisfilm.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
